I'm looking for a programmer that can create from scratch or modify an existing open source shopping cart to work exactly like [login to view URL] . I need users to reach a homepage and select a service. Once the service is selected, they will be taken to a form page where they enter additional information about the service needed as well as their contact information. The script needs to allow me to easily change the form pages fields per type of service (i.e. forms won't look the same when a plumber is needed instead of an electrician). Max price $400
