Simple Internet Marketing Related Site (ebook compilations)

Hello I need help to make a "3 pages" website where people can read online pdf format a compilations of Internet Marketing related ebook things like "make $1000 in a day" that kind of stuff. The site would consist of 3 main pages: - 1 Main page where people can pick any Internet Marketing pdf to read online (not download) and other links like contact us. - Transparent Overlay with sign up or sign in. After sign in the overlay lock would disappear and people can operate freely on the main page - Reading page, where people read the pdf online Apart from designing this simple site, you will also need to find the copyright free Internet Marketing Related eBook from the internet as collection, maybe between 20 and 50 of them. You will also need to integrate some form of autoresponder and member database and make it work with my account in sendgrid to send emails and notification. I will provide the domain and hosting, but will need you to upload and set everything for me. I might need help in the future to add the library of ebook on separate project. Please send me example of similar sites that you have ever built. This site would be pretty simple and straight forward, so good design and cheap will get picked.
