Hello, We have a layered PNG that needs to become a joomla website. If necessary, we can convert this into a PSD. It's a one page design and very simple overall. The page has 5 sections, one of which will have one sub section. Please see attached screendesign. Requirements: - Only the gallery section needs to be fully expandable (add/remove sections, add/remove photos, change titles etc. - the usual) - The main menu needs to be expandable / editable - Contact form as seen on the screendesign - Main menu always visible once you scroll past the first page, highlighted menu item according to the section you're currently viewing - No parallax effect needed - Use displayed fonts (will be provided) We are forced to outsource this project due to our current workload. We're thinking about adding a talented freelancer to our network. - Applicant must be fluent in English or German - Please use skype (written chat mostly, calls if necessary) - Use paypal Please keep in mind that this is a very small project that can be done in a day or two.
