Custom Theme for Joomla OS Property - repost

I'm looking for a developer to create a custom theme for OS Property. You must be familiar with OS Property and this is not a Joomla template job. I'm looking of a developer to create a page template inside OS Property. You must demonstrate your knowledge of OS Property. If you have example work you have greater chance to be awarded the project. I have had 2 developers claimed that they can do the job but didn't complete the work. Now this project is already 2 months behind schedule. So you must be truthful when you claim you can do the job. I don't have anymore time for nonsense! If you do your job well I will pay you fairly and on time. Previous developer already took my money and never reply. So I have to be careful this time. The real estate listing must be organized based on community. A search page must be created in order to search based on community listing.
