Develop Responsive Wordpress theme from AI/PSD Files

I have three views for a new website: desktop view, tablet view, and smartphone view. I need these converted into a widget-ready, flexible width, responsive wordpress theme with the header menu, side menu, and footer menus controlled from the admin. Other features: 1. The layout has 3 breakpoints, but the width should be flexible between those breakpoints 2. The layout uses Google fonts 3. Different pages need different side menus 4. The header menu functionality changes based on desktop, iPad and iPhone views 5. Home page will use the slider here: [login to view URL] I've attached screenshots of my layouts as part of the project description. I will provide AI or PSD files (whichever you want), font files, and files for the slider plugin. I need a working wordpress theme I can install and test. I do not prepay, but I will fund a milestone for the completed project.
