Hello! I buy themes from themeforest, but not always they deliver all the features neccesary to me and I would like to find someone who understands how wordpress works and can modify the code so it would work as expected. For example I have this Realia Wordpress (real estate) theme and I just can't understand how they have intended for normal people to be possible to add pictures to properties. What user has to do is add a URL of the image he would like to attach to property and that might be quite hard for people I'm making this website for. I have bought also another theme called Real Homes also a real estate theme and this theme makes image uploading as easy as in facebook, but also has some other issues. So what I want to do is find someone who can make adjustments neccesary and this is pretty often, I buy about 5 themes a week and most of them needs editing, so it should be a long term partnership, not just one time. But let's start with the Realia theme issue, so please post your bids!
