eLearning Content & Site

This project consists of two parts. -- Part A - Create eLearning Content -- in this part i need a set of eLearning Content questions. A sample of each question is given in the links below. Questions do not need to look 100% as they are on the sample questions jpgs but they need to implement same functionality. (like drag&drop etc). I ll provide you with the graphics (if you like) or you can use your own graphics. My requirements are to use an authoring tool that: 1. Got any script or programming language capabilities 2. Do animation 3. Be responsive 4. Has a SCORM output if possible -- Part B. Website -- On this part I just need a basic wordpress type website with some basic membership. I do not need any design/graphics etc. You can use any free template or even not template at all. All i need is: a. User registration and login (already implemented both in WP & Joomla). b. Embed the part A eLearning Content where user solves eLearning questions (using a SCORM file maybe?). c. User get a final score on how he did displayed on a scoretable together other registered users scores that took the part A test. I ve already setup a WP & Joomla websites so you can work on them or setup your own on your server. I ll not accept any charges for Part B - a. I ll need full source code for both Part A &B with full comments and definitions on the way they were build.
