The client is a pharmacy company . The products are sold over the internet and over his call center. He currently has an ecommerce site build on Magento where customers can purchase his products and also has a call center where customers can call and order for his products. The center uses Lead Master as its CRM. The client needs an API to track every sale and account changes that happen on the website and through his call center exchanged with each other on real time basis.
