new mod for musicbox v3.2 comment on albums

This is musicbox demo [login to view URL] when you go to album page eg [login to view URL] you can see list of songs just at the bottom of songs listings i want to show album comments system just like youtube comments system does. i need exact comment system of youtube in musicbox. But there must be feature from admin where when it is switched on or activated the comment system shows on album pages otherwise by default it is set to off and in admin it must show all comments and edit/delete all comments. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
