Redesign of existing web site, add PHP feature

I would like to re-design my web site: [login to view URL] The design is now 5 years old, and so a new look & new logo is needed. Making it more 'web 2.0' is what I am looking : what I mean here is good usage of CSS and avoid a lot of TABLE/TD/TD design for the layout. In addition to the redesign, I would like to add PHP support for registering one of the product sold. It will require adding the standard Kagi or PayPal API support. Registration require sending automatically an email with the registration code in it to the buyer when Kagi/PayPal notify my site. I have already the registration code written in Java (Java Servlet) and so it will require converting it in PHP. The Java code is simple and should not be a problem for anyone knowing PHP and Java. **important**when converting the code, you will engage yourself of not re-using/re-selling the algorithm used for generating the license information. In addition, there should be a daily email sent to summarize how many purchase happen each day (can use CRON for that). The re-design of the web site can be using any open source CMS (avoiding GPL license) as long as it's easy for me to maintain, and add new page content (new product) really easily. This is a small site, and the conversion from Java to PHP code is simple too. The bid include migrating all the existing HTML content to the newly designed site. Site can use : PHP, MySQL Please provide some sample of your work (URL) showing your knowledge of CSS, clean design, clean icons. Please explain the procedure I would have to follow to add new content to the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL Site should support automatic email sending for registration by Kagi & PayPal by using the official Kagi/PayPal API.
