transfer history function for BriggsSoftworks - repost

Simply put anyone can go to the BriggsSoft and download a free trial to figure this out. What I need is either A)an API or B)some kind of script to monitor the live memory(file type .txt) so that players can see who they have sent chips to. I believe this can be achieved through API/ASP(full set of API examples on the support page for the software) and log parsing, but all I have seen work for this function are cron/bot type things.I have been told it can also be done with strpos. Any freelancer that thinks they can do this please leave a contact email, this project is way past late.
