Create a wordpress post from user generated database

I have a website that allows people to submit information about their business (hours, address, photos, etc). That information is added to a database. The user can edit their information in the database from the member's area. I want to add a function that will automatically create a wordpress post in the category "listings" when a person submits a new profile. It should also be updated automatically when the user edits his information in the database. I've attached the input fields that collects the users information.
