97685 Database and Dynamic Member..

I have a memberhsip based website that uses ccbill to proccess transactions. this website will allow users to have access to 10 videos upon signup and release a new video update for them every week. i want to upload all of the video updates and only allow users to have access to the initial 10 and then another every 7 days. so the users experince is the same, whether they join now or a year from now. i also need to have two user types a "trial memberhsip" user and a "full membship user". i dont need an elaborate interface for the database. i do need the ability to add more videos to the database and to rearange the release schedule. id also like this done with in a few days.
