HI, I am not really bidding on this unless you don't feel like doing it yourself. This is more of a suggestion: Have a look at some software call Navicat for MySQL. Most Db admins use it as it is incredibly powerful and has all the import export features that you require as well as sorting etc. etc. Buying that may save you some cash and also you don't have the problem of getting a project done incorrectly here.
