103905 PHP and mod_rewrite project

I need a php and mod_rewrite expert to make some changes to my site script. 1. Currently my the urls for the articles section of my site end with .shtml and the blog and the directory urls end in / My site is at [login to view URL] I need the .htaccess changed so that all the urls on the site end in / Example 1 [login to view URL] should be changed to [login to view URL] Example 2 [login to view URL] should be changed to [login to view URL] Example 3 [login to view URL] should be changed to [login to view URL] Next I need a modification for my admin control panel: 2. I need the option to edit the category that each article appears in adding to the edit article (also called update article) section of my admin control panel. Please see [login to view URL] 3. The site search feature currently only searches the title and descriptions of articles on the site. I need it to search the content of the articles as well. 4. The tags feature in the right side menu currently lists the first 20 tags. I need it to list the 20 most popular tags.
