Video Editing and Video Player Plugins for website

This is not an easy job, I should say at beginning. So please go through minutely. Need 2 video plug-ins for website. 1, Video editor:---Simple video editor run at website back end. A employee log in at back end and using this editor to do following: Erase any part of video clip at two clicks.(start and end points to erase) Put watermark: First set characters-(like ABC INC.),showing duration-(like 10seconds), and interval( like 30second). Then while editing video by click Enable Watermark button the video will show ABC INC. for 10 second then disappear for 30second and show and disappear again and again until Disable Watermark button be clicked. Input text, By click TEXT button and click At any place in video screen, A dialog window pop up with Text (here we type: ON SALE), Background (here we choose red), Size( here we choose 16) Color (here we choose green) After click OK the 16point sized green letters ON SALE with red background will show on video at the place where we clicked until the TEXT Button be clicked again. Combine sound track-original sound and music or narrator. Bookmark video with database items: While editing video(say videoclip001 at 15'30") by click BOOKMARK button a dialog window pop up Showing drop down menus like Suppliers, products etc.( menu connected to database) By click one menu -say Suppliers, All suppliers in the database of this website showed. If choose XYZ INC. then a bookmark XYZ INC. will added to this videoclip001 at 15'30" point. This bookmark are invisible to website visitor when video clip is played. This bookmarks are searchable so when site visitor search for XYZ INC. videoclip001 will play starting at 15'30". (This video editing plugin has no interaction with database, it just use database information to do the bookmark.) 2, Video player: A custom media player at Front end: A site visitor can open a video clip using this player inside a webpage. This simple video player has buttons like PLAY, FAST FORWARD, FAST BACKWARD, PAUSE, and a CAPTURE button. It also has a pointer. When PAUSE button clicked a still picture will show on this player's window, this site visitor can drag pointer to somewhere in the still picture and click CAPTURE the still picture with pointer will be saved as a JPG file.(for web designer to do further function)
