track # of visitors

I want a simple tracking system that tracks number of visitors and goal completion. This should use PHP, JS and MySQL Ideally i dont want to use IP address as this may be unreliable. Requirements: 1) I add simple code snippet to my site, JS snippet to enable this 2) I want to add pages for the system to track, telling it the URL that will be watched, it then tells me # of visitors per URL entered, per day. These should be unique visits only, not repeat visits. 3) Ability to set up goal conversion, I enter an entrance page and goal page, and this tells me if the person that went to page 1, also went to the goal page. So # who complete goal, % of total that complete it 4) I can create multiple of these goals 5) I'd also like this to work with pages that are accessible only through login I'd like to know in advance what ideas you have to accomplish this. I want to be able to track a wide variety of devices, and Im worried what will happen if people are using a mobile device or old browser. For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this tracking system cant interfere with other systems like google analytics or my existing site js code, jquery etc
