I need a fairly simple web page for a Photo contest. 1. Introduction page 2. FAQ page (I will supply all info) 3. Contest rules Page(I will supply all info) 4. Prizes page(I will supply info) 5. enter contest page. this is a paid contest so the user would need to enter credit card info or paypal info. Once payment is approved user would be allowed to upload 1 photo. 6. Photos should flow into a database 7. View contest link Users would be able to view all pictures and vote on pictures. When pictures are displayed it will show current voting score. I will provide all images for graphics and all written information. I have a merchant account already for credit card processing you would just need to program this into the site. You would be responsible for the general design. I would prefer a black backround with no fancy flash just elegant, professional, and quick loading with appropriate metatags for search engines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web based should be able to load on all operating systems at all screen resolutions.
