48359 CMS setup, & integrate design

Hi, ABOUT We're looking for strong CMS experise. Using the PMB, please explain which open-source CMS(Content Management System) would be best for us and why, and then show previous work to prove your skill. FEATURE REQUIREMENTS At this point we're not sure which CMS is best(Drupal or TextDrive? Other ideas??). Whatever you feel, we'll need the following features to work: - 1 - Completely customizable look. We have a design all sliced up and ready(or you can take the PSD yourself and re-slice if you prefer). Whatever the case, your HTML/PHP/MySQL CMS skills must be strong enough to make sure our design looks identical to the CMS version. Must be completely seamless integration. (FYI, our sliced-up version is done without css... it's table-based.) - 2 - Let visitors write articles and have the most recent ones linked from the page. Should archive older articles and have a search function to look through them. - 3 - We already have a live and very active vBulletin forum setup on our site. The homepage needs to show 5 'recent posts' from this forum. WHO WE NEED For us to pick you for this project, you need to be an EXPERT with your chosen CMS and be able to show you're strongly competent and experienced with this type of work before we'd even think of giving you access to our servers(which host our live, active site, which we don't want you to interfere with and cause any downtime). If presenting a portfolio of your work, please make sure it shows your relevant CMS wor, otherwise you're wasting time. Lastly, for an expert this should be a painless, simple, normal job, and if you expect to take longer than a TWO DAYS(MAX!) from start to finish, this project isn't for you. No procrastinators please.... and note that good work will be rewarded with more similar jobs. BUDGET & PRICING ~$50 range.
