OScommerce - modifications

OsCommerce MS2 - moderately modified. FTP & Cpanel access. View my website, address attached in text file. ---------------------------------------------------------- >>>>> 1: Multiple Images Per Product <<<<<<<< 5 images per item, 4 of them are to be viewed in product_info.php. The 5th image will be displayed in category/search-results pages & shopping cart only - I believe this will improve the image quality displayed on the site. The other 4 are to be different views of the product (eg. front, side, back, logo closeup, will cycle through the images by buttons (next & previous), also display text (eg. 2 of 4 images). Need to edit OSCa admin, to allow me to upload the extra images, & to show all the images uploaded for each product, possibly a "check-box" to choose which one is used as the thumbnail (category & shopping cart displays). There are modules available for multiple images, best for you to find/choose best one to use in this application or code your own. <<<<<<<<< 2: [login to view URL] & attributes modifications <<<<<<<< (see the attached image for design layout). Basically set the tables as shown in attached image, no borders. The description & image cells are to be fixed size. Description2 cell, should only display if there is text for it, you need to edit OSC admin to allow for this extra information to be displayed where I want it. The next part, I don't know how you could do it, but this is what I want... I'm open to suggestions/better ideas. "Attributes & Purchase" cell, remove the current default drop-down box & display attributes as shown in image, with qty fields per size. The text (eg. small, medium, large) when clicked it should highlight , which then displays the corresponding information in the "attribute info" cell. "Attribute Info" cell.... On default (before customer clicks on a size to view) it will just have text (instructions, eg. Click on size to view additional information, add qty in fields per size & click "BUY" to add to cart). Customer clicks on the size, which highlights. The information will be from database (mysql), such as measurements, print quality, frabric & size conversions for that particular product & size. You could assign the "attribute info" a code when its entered in the database, so each "set" has its own code. In the admin attribute page, for each product I then set: Size = "Large" Attribute_Code="1067L" Weight="0.21" value="0.00" QTY="10" Size="XXL" Attribute_Code="1025XL" Weight="0.25" value="+2.00" QTY="4" So for t-shirts that come from the same manufacturer, with same measurements etc. I can simply use the same attribute codes for the corresponding sizes. Or maybe, if there was a field in the OSC admin, so I can just copy & paste the code in for each product & size. For the "weight per atttribute" there is already a module for this, found in oscommerce contributions. >>>>>>>>>> 3: Newsletter Script <<<<<<<<<<<<<< I have installed the script "Email_List_Lite", which handles newsletters subscriptions for non-members, it is not connected with OScommerce in any way. Here is the website & demo: [login to view URL] I tested on my own site & When I had the "Join now" box in the body of [login to view URL], it allowed me to join but did not send me a Subscription email, to verify joining the list, ??? If you can get it to fully work, I want it positioned in the header, over the top of the image [login to view URL], which is in the bottom right hand corner, next to the image "Checkout" ([login to view URL]). If you can't get it to work for whatever reason, I need somthing that does the same thing, install in same position & test it. >>>>>>>>>> 4: "Back" Buttons <<<<<<<<<<< Currently all the "Back" buttons on the site simply link back to the "Home Page", this really pisses me off & no doubt annoys the customers. Can these buttons simply work the same as the browsers "back" button & work with Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox? >>>>>>>>>>5: Left & Right Columns, Minor modifications <<<<<<<<<<< Left Column - Categories Box I need too add 2 links in this box, "Specials" & "New", they odvously need to link to the pages "products_new.php" & "specials.php". Red Text, so they stand out a little. Also, take the "Manufacturers" drop down box, & move it into the "Categories" box at very top. Some text should say, "choose by Design in drop-down box or categories below" Right Column - Interesting FAQ's. Heading, change to "News". Remove the empty space inside the box & the "View all" link. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The most important part of this job is the redesign of the [login to view URL], & have it work simular to how I described, do not bid If you can't or do not know of a way to do it. Only bid the actual amount you will accept for the job, companies don't bother bidding unless your the actual programmer ready to the work. Serious bidders - please submit examples of simular work done or ideas. Don't forget to download the attached images, It makes more sense once you've seen my drawing.
