Stage6 Movie Codes Capture Script.

Dear Developers, I am looking for someone with extensive programming skill in PHP and MySQL. This project is one of a kind hence bidding for it should be thought beforehand. I own a website on which I need a simple script to run. I want the script to be able to get movies codes from the website Stage6.com. for e.g : [login to view URL] in this link '1362526' is the code for a particular movie clip on Stage6.com. So I want a simple interface something like GOOGLE i.e. only a text box and a button to click on. So, the user comes to my website enters the code from [login to view URL] in the text box on my website and when he/she clicks the button 'WATCH' the movie code gets added in a database mostly running on MySQL. Then the administrators of my website can lookup the database and should have an interface from where they can remove or add the movies added by the users of my website.
