Hello, We want to revamp [login to view URL] website which is on joomla which has problems with design and seo friendliness. The overall concept of the website would be same but need to redesign for colours, friendly navigation and SEO. The other options for blogs, prelaunch, hot properties, discussion forum, social bookmarks integration etc would be added. The backend should have two roles login, one from admin who can see leads, reports for project, area and one for data entry only. The developer who is interested in project should know coding guidelines for developing SEO friendly websites and W3C guidelines. He should have experience on the similar project. The payments for developing website would be made on milestones and delivered code. The work would be reviewed time to time to make sure the coding is done as per the expectations.
