Bookings Website

I am wanting a website built which is a bookings website for holiday rentals. The company is an agent so clients can log in and advertise their properties for rental for free. The clients should be able to upload photos, input descriptions and advertise their rentals. Each client should be able to enter on an availability calender when the rental is available. A potential customer can then come onto the website and book the appropriate rental from the availability calender and pay for the rental. This booking should then remove the rental from the availabilty calender. The customer will pay for the rental at the time of the booking and this money would need to be forwarded to the customers bank minus booking fee and site commission.
