Note: There is no specific budget for this project, provide your best bid. This is request for a Web Services application that will enable users to select options for a personalized credit or debit card to be issues by a bank. The application will have management capability and will all need to have permissions based access for certain roles. Attached is a detailed requirements document. The solution can be an entirely custom application or an extension of an "off the shelf" application. Include in your bid the total cost for development and a high level architecture, i.e. web stack diagram. Thank you,
