**Easy RAC-Newbie Twitter Project... You can do it! :-)** All I need is a PHP page that automatically follows and tweets with a single click. If you have a reasonable familiarity with the Twitter API, you should be good to go.
The first page will have a standard Log In through Twitter button. Once the visitor clicks the button, Twitter will handle authentication (through OAuth), and then the second page will:
1. Make the visitor's account follow me.
2. Send a tweet from the visitor's account.
3. Send a DM from me to the visitor.
4. Send an email to me with visitor's basic info.
**Also note:** As part of this project, I would like you to send me a few resources that help describe and explain OAuth *at a high level*, for a website owner. You should send me things like: Overview of OAuth, Three Things that you should Never Do, web-based forum(s) to join, newsletter(s) to subscribe to, etc. If a page starts to talk about this field being an unsigned integer, and this field being a string of a certain length, you are not helping me. Thanks!
