I have a web-based system setup where I upload CSV's with leads to the web-based PHP coded system so my telemarketers can quickly/easily view customer leads (name, phone, etc..) and update the statuses quickly etc..
Most of the system is complete by another coder but, there's a few updates left that need to be done.
Here they are:
1. Re-build list pages for high-volume data
Split category and status lists into 2 - ie, select a category first
then display list. Also break lists into more pages where there are
more records (ie >100).
The reason for the above update is that I have a lot of data currently in the system and it's starting to slow down and I have even more data, a lot more data that needs to be uploaded. The problem is that whenever a category list or status list is displayed it tries to load all the data in the MYSQL database at once, so it slows down loading all the data. So, I would like that you have to select each category first and then it displays the list.
For example: it currently works like this, if I have leads for "dentists, photographers, wedding planners" and you go to the 'category' page it will load everything at once from the database on the webpage. Instead, it should only pull up photography leads, if you click on photography, and only dentist leads if you click on the dentist category.
2. Anchors in list to auto-scroll
Sends the user back to the point they were viewing after changing the status or updating from the lead's record.
Currently what happens is if you click a lead for more information like notes, address, etc.. and you click "save" or go back, it doesn't bring you back to the last position you were, instead it brings you back to the top of the page. So, I need to be able to go back to the last position after viewing a lead or updating it.
Requirements:
MYSQL knowledge
PHP / HTML knowledge
I would like this to be completed by Monday since I have a telemarketer that is going to continue work on Monday.
If you bid let me know when you can get this completed by, if necessary I can provide access to the lead system to view how it works currently.
