We have a Wordpress website for an estate agency which needs a plugin developed which has the following essential functionality: From an external raw XML feed, display all property details within theme (we are using the Genesis framework) Be able to search all properties in the XML feed using various options: For sale / For rent Price (minimum / maximum) Location (UK postcode or area, i.e. Manchester, Type (detached house, semi-detached, bungalow etc) Number of beds (minimum / maximum) Set number of properties to display per page as well as display recent instructions (new properties) and recent reductions (price reductions) within the site - we use Advanced Custom Fields on a lot of projects so need to be able to set up a custom options page where the number of properties can be set. Preference for the job will be given be given to those who can incorporate the additional functionality. Additional functionality we would like to include is: Draw a search area (polygon) on a Google map and return all properties within area (similar to [login to view URL] ) Search by school - most likely using Google data, entering a school name would return properties The rest of the site will be styled by us using the Genesis framework and it is important that we are able to position and style the data returned from the XML feed. We will provide a sample XML feed so that you can see the parameters we need to display/search. Examples of previous work will be required.
