Therefore some variables can be or must be defined such as phone numbers, extention numbers, hunt group numbers and etc. The coder should come up with a text code or an attached config file that we can use to configure the router in order to achieve the following configuration. Configuration request: Calls arriving to the first BRI : - During the day operation, the incoming calls should be directed to the receptionist. If the receptionist is busy or unavailable, the call is forwarded to a dynamic group where people can log in and out from. - During the night operation, a welcome message will inform customers that the offices are closed, in the meantime, the phones belonging to a night group should still ring to inform people inside about an incoming call. - Night/day operation can be selected via a soft key or a specific code on the phones. Calls arriving to the second BRI: - The caller is invited to a digit PIN number, if expected, and will be invited to dial the exact extension he/she wants to talk to. - Extensions associated with a cordless phone For a specific user who has both an ephone and a cordless (FXS), needs to be reached via a single extension number which, if dialed, will make both the ephone and the cordless ring. ## Platform CISCO IOS
