Create Setup page (ASP.Net) to set up MDF file - create DB/Tables

I need an ASP.Net page - Using VB.Net that will serve as a setup page to create a stand alone sql server database (SQL Server MDF), with a couple of tables, write the connection string in the [login to view URL] and then write a simple page to view items from one of the tables. The setup should be started with a button on the setup page. From there, the program should check if the database is there already, and if so, report it on a lable on the page (should also report any errors) The DB can be called 'Main'. One of the tables can be called 'files' and can have a couple of varchar fields in addition to an Identity field. I am open to any version of SQL Server that can be used as a stand alone file and used without a database server and will take advice of chosen programmer Once the pages (2) are created, there should be a message that the DB was successfully created. A link should be supplied to go to the page to enter data and view data entered. The 2nd page can be a simple page with a datalist and a sql data control. It doesn't have to be production read. I just need to see that the database that was created will work.
