Add Functionality to WP Plugin

I recently purchased a content unlocker for a client called WP Lockz. However some functionality is missing that they require. Therefore I need the below functionality added to the current WP LockZ Plugin. New Functionality: + Postback URL and image conversion pixel to unlock + Ability to set how many campaigns are necessary to unlock the content + Title Font Color + Title Font Size + Paragraph Font Color + Paragraph Font Size + Link Font Color + Link Font Size + Upload/Change Unlock Image If you feel more confident in coding the plugin from scratch, please ensure you include this detail in your quote. We understand that it might be easyier and faster. Please ensure that if you are going to quote on creating a new plugin from scratch that you include the functionally of WP Lockz and the extra functionality in your considerations.
