Advertising Directory with PayPal Integration

I require a directory website, very similar in functionality to MLMGods.com. This will be UK centric only (rather than US/Global which MLM targets). The functional requirements are as follows: - The ability for UK based individual's to create a profile, either a Free profile or Paid profile (via PayPal - monthly subscription). - These profiles will then need to be confirmed based on them clicking a link in an email that is automatically sent to them. - They can then login to amend their profile. Their profile box will be very similar in display to that on MLM (i.e. name, location, badge hyperlink to their individual website, and their Facebook / Twitter / LinkedIn social URLs... in addition, paid listings will be allowed to post a photo). - The homepage will need to show these profile badges just as the MLM site does - presented randomly. - The site will also need the sign-up page, as the MLM site does when you click "Get Listed for FREE" on their homepage - The other side of this, is that visitors to the website will be able to search for people with these profiles, to find their local representatives... so this could perhaps include a map of the UK broken down via geography, then county, then town/city... or based on a postcode search, or even a map of the UK. - The search function should be a link from the homepage, as the MLM site has when you click "Locally FIND a Rep" on their homepage - The site should also have an About Us page and a Blog page. I don't mind how this website is created, as I'm not a developer myself. I only have experience of using Wordpress which I'm fairly used to, in terms of adding / changing content through a back-end console. If this CAN be done using Wordpress, then great - but I'm not bothered either way. A fully functioning website like MLM, with clean / modern look and good user experience is more important to me. I did look at doing this myself, but the only Wordpress template I could find that might have allowed me to do this was [login to view URL] - and then I backed out because I think something like this is way out of my league! Again, I am not precious how you create this - Wordpress, HTML, other, etc. I would love to see examples of your work, and of course anything similar is a big bonus.
