Create a Hair Salon Appointment Scheduler

I am needing a website built that will be pretty much like the style software here [login to view URL] and here [login to view URL] Overview: This will be an online system to keep our hair stylist appointments organized via a sign in webpage which can be accessed via a tablet and phone (aka must need to have tablet and phone views). Clients will also be able to book a hair appointment online where they can choose what they need done (ie highlighs, a cut, etc), which hairstylist, date, and time. Keypoints needed: Mobile and tablet sites as well as the normal website Ability for customers to make a booking based on which hairstylist, what they want done and availability. Ability to keep track of which gift certificates/ groupon codes were used Ability to put script on multiple views Have description and picture of each hairstylist Back end which salon can select what days and hours they are open, view the different hairstylist appointment details and switch the appointment to a different stylist if needed, what services are available and how long they take on average.
