Credit Card Payment through PayPal

I have website in the internet and my visitors can pay me through a PayPal, but they must have PayPal account in order to do the payment and after doing successful payment they receive an email. Now I want to have the same payment process but I want also to enable any visitor who don't have paypal account to do the payment simply by submitting their credit card details through paypal (without login into paypal). so can this be done? if yes all what i want is a sample working code with the installation setup procedure and the instructions for any modifications on my PayPal account. our budget for this task is 75$ the winner will be chosen after 4 hours from now. (time now is 15:00 GMT) the solution should be provided within 12 hours.
