I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build a lottery based website. The website will need to work like this: 1. Customers will come onto the website and sign up 2. Customers will buy tickets 3. Once a certain numbers of tickets are purchased, a ticket is selected and the customer wins the prize money 4. An email is sent out to all players, informing of the winner, then a new game begins More detailed information will be provided to the successful bidder.
