Project for Sajjj only

We are seeking a PHP guru to integrate product tabs into our OSCommerce store. The store is heavily modified already and I beleive I have a conflict between header tags seo and the product tabs I am trying to integrate. I need someone who can get both working together to do this for me. The integration takes no more than about an hour using the product tabs contribution from OSCommerce but it will not play in our site, I think it needs some tweaking to work correctly. One thing I would like in addition is the ability to name the tabs and choose how many are displayed on a particular product, some products may not require tabs at all some may need a few. All code changes must be clearly marked within the code. I would also like the site to be re designed, not a complete re code but just the look and feel. I would like a much more professional and trusting look. The site design should be aimed toward a pet and pharmacy feel. The change will require a logo/branding, look/feel, colour and possibly a few other minor things. Need this completed within 2 weeks, the sooner the better as we are waiting to go live.
