Simple Spanish and English Wordpress Website

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a basic wordpress website for my client, a small subsidiary of a corporation in the Spanish business property sector. It has around 8-10 different page layouts, and around 30 or so content pages. A sitemap is attached in Spanish. I will provide wireframes when they are ready. The look of the site is to be in line with a parent company site so there is very little creative design required. The WP theme will need built and some graphics files may need re-created in higher resolution than we can scrape from the parent site. It is essential that the finished site is a faithful recreation of the corporate site with a high degree of attention to detail and professional finish. The site will be in Spanish and English languages, with the admin in Spanish. Spanish language skills would be highly advantageous, however I am willing to translate briefing documents etc if required. A high level of basic professionalism is expected in terms of meeting deadlines, with frequent communication, particularly of early warning of problems or delays. Also best practice is expected in terms of clean Search Engine friendly code, URLs etc. The bidder must be able to comply with the timings and workflow in the attached document, allowing time within the schedule for internal review, changes and acceptance before being sent on to the client for their own approval process. I propose 4 milestone payments of 25% each. The milestone payment in advance (ie. the first one) will only be offered to bidders with a high freelancer.com reputation. The final payment of the (4/4) will be approx 60 days after the web is published to allow time for any teething problems to be addressed, although additional functionality or new requirements will be treated as a new project.
