Simple Website

I need a very simple website created. It is going to be a website that allows people to enter URLs and download .swf (flash) files from various web pages. It needs to be a similar site to [login to view URL], in that the user is going to enter the URL of a website and we are going to search the source. When a user enters a URL, we’re going to search the source of the web page they are on and look for anything that has .swf as the URL extension. As soon as the user enters the URL and clicks enter, it is going to search that page… That search needs to take 10 seconds, because I am going to have an advertisement on that page that is 10 seconds long, no matter what. Then, on the results page, it is going to show ALL the files that end in the extension .swf from the page source. When you roll over the link, it should pop up a new window. Please go to this link: [login to view URL] look to where it says “Learn More” under “Publishers/Bloggers”. Roll over the link for Learn More, and you will see a popup come up, and then when you take the link off the link, it disappears. This is how the popup should come up with the flash file embedded within it that the user can download. Our system needs to recognize the entire code associated with it to make sure it displays the correct size. For instance, if the embed code is: <object width="320" height="240"> <param name="movie" value="../Ads/text.swf"> <embed src="http://vidified.com/vdcritters.swf" width="320" height="240"> </embed> </object> Then we know the dimensions of the flash file are 320 x 240, and that is the size it should popup in the popup window. The below the flash file that will be embedded in the popup, it will have a link that says “Click here to download” and then below that I will have a small banner advertisement (468x60). Therefore, all the popups will ALWAYS have an embedded flash file, a link to download, and the banner advertisement below. The size of the popup should depend on the size of the actual flash file… so you need to make sure it is dynamic. The links that are displayed in the results should say “[login to view URL]” . And then to the right of the link it should have an arrow point diagonally up to the right which should be part of the same link as “[login to view URL]” and link to the popup when rolled over. Then, in a column to the right of that, on each line, it should say: Download (right-click and click ‘save link (or target) as’) Above the results, it should say “Roll over the link(s) below to choose which file(s) you would like to download.” Regarding the design… I would like for the site to be run on Wordpress, so that it is SEO optimized. Please find a plain wordpress theme, create the site, and I will go in and update the headers so that it is optimized. This is a very easy website to create, and it can be done in one day, if you really know what you are doing. I would not like to spend more than $100 on this, because it is very simple.
