COMMODITIES WEB SITE DESIGN We are looking for a serious, experience and professional firm to design a physical commodities trading web site for us. The site general layout will be like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The colors and feel will be like: [login to view URL] We will provide titles, text, images and logo. The site needs to come with a full admin panel so we can update titles, images and text on a daily basis without the needs for HTML knowledge. The site will require simple flash for rotating images that will provide like: [login to view URL] The site will have 3-4 forms to be filed out and stored, customers’ registration procedures and information stored, mailing list signups, requests for quotes (Sent to an email address and manually responded by our people on pre design standard form template, Rotating available physical inventories (Updated from the admin). Rotating news bar that will also be updated from the admin and will run under the header. An option to insert video clips/flash clips (That we will provide) needs to be available We will need to have payment options (PayPal to start with and others in a later stage) The following is the ONLY time line and payments schedule that we will accept from the time project is awarded: Home page design 2 days 2% Home page HTML 2 days 3% Pages design 2 days 2% Pages HTML 2 days 3% Date base development 5 days 10% Admin development 5 days 10% Site ready for beta testing 3 days 20% Site delivery 3 days 40% Support and maintenance 45 days 10% Most of the above stages can be done simultaneously; we are looking for NO more than 15 days project. Please do not bid if the above terms are unacceptable or cannot be met by you. In addition, a short response will be appreciated.
