Transfer information and create two websites from premade templates

All the information is ready. I want to take information from one site, and using a premade template fit all the information so that it displays nicely on the premade template provided. This means that not only do you cut and paste the information but that you properly format each and every page of the site so that it look professional and not slapped together. I need this done for two sites. A person with attention to detail in graphic design, will be selected. This is something that I do not want to have to correct element by element...I want someone who will treat this work as if it was their company's information they are publishing on the web.
