Custom IE Toolbar - Paypal Familiarity Required

I would like to have a custom toolbar for IE developed for my business (http:[login to view URL]). I would like it to have a version of my company logo (a suitable sized bmp will be provided by me) and a search box. Simple so far, I know. Here is the tricky part: My business is identifying any language. I would like people to be able to enter any text into the search box and have it sent to a Paypal page where they can also enter in their relevant payment info and thereby have their text passed on to me. Please go to [login to view URL] to see an example of what I mean. The "text or URL of item..." box should be filled in with whatever the user entered into the toolbar search box. I would also like info on how to set the toolbar up so that it will automatically install on a user's browser when they click an appropriate link on my page.
