C# FileSystem Watcher svn integration

Require an application that will monitor a share folder and update a subversion repository when a file is added, updated or deleted. There needs to be a mapping between the share folder where the files will change and a working folder that is used by subversion this maping needs to be stored in some sort of configuration file. The application needs to be written in such a way as to be usable by an GUI application or windows service ie the libraries can be resuable. The requirements for this project currently is a windows application but it might be needed as a windows service. Provide an application that is as configurable as possible providing a configuration file for things like the SVN trunk. -configuration settings for the Svn Trunk, username, password etc... -to map working folder to share folder -Configuration handler -File system Watcher -call the file handler correctly -file handler strategy -new file handler on the adding of a new file -update file handler of a file -delete file handler of a file -delete file handler -delete a file in svn -new file file handler -add file in svn -update file handler -update in svn Requirements 1. This is broken down into sub tasks and the tasks are sent to me before the work is started 2. A test for each Task is written 3. When a task is complete send the test and the work done together 4 send work on a regular basis before the deadline In other words I need constant work coming in to monitor how far the project is.
