product brief/white paper graphics design

I am in the process of writing white papers and creating product briefs (one or two page brochures) for our product(s). Based on the logo on our temporary website ([[login to view URL]][1]), I need a smart and tasteful design for the above two documents (WP and PB). The designs shall incorporate the logo, blended graphical pictures of applicable technologies (mostly for the PB, the white paper will look more technical than for marketing/promos) and the color scheme of the logo/website. Adobe Photoshop version of the company logo shall be provided to the designer. Once this project is complete, I am in the process of revamoing the entire site and the pattern/motif of these documents shall be ported to the website and vice versa, so please have that in mind while designing the document templates ## Deliverables 1) Two complete and fully usable templates for (i) our product brief (brochure) and (ii) White paper/technical paper 2) Templates must come in Adobe Photoshop (.psd) formats and ALL layers shall be accessible (no flattened layers) 3) All graphics, pictures, etc. shall be provided for further use and modification by our Company 4) All rights, intellectual and otherwise of deliverable shall belong to our Company 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform None
