Redesign and Move Web Site We require our existing web site to be redone with the same content plus a flash opening and additional content as the designer/developer recommends. The current site is rather bland and lacks a search GUI that has some pizzazz. The new site will not require a member’s area, but maybe a password protected blogging area that requires little or no maintenance to post meeting dates and other announcements. Additional information can be Googled with “Home, Building, Inspectors, Inspection?? or by going to my personal site at [[login to view URL]][3]. The site will be hosted with a new provider and maintained by myself. It may be late September before the hosting site will be ready. (Need the association approval of what the new site looks like before shutting down the old one.) I have the authority to spend the development costs and setup costs. We may need graphical changes in the future (after September) and would hope the developer will be available for support (paid additional). I am assuming that I can make and change membership information in the table in most cases. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Hosted:Linux or Windows (Most likely windows) Viewable from all browsers The new mobi may be interesting if easily don as well?
