.ai or .psd file to Word Press template 2 page design

We are looking a freelancer to convert illustrator or photoshop files into a Wordpress theme. Design includes two different page templates, a front page and a standard page. [login to view URL] The front page has a stretchable full screen background image so would require something like [login to view URL] Home page content should visible upon clicking a 'more info' button with a jQuery slide effect. ([login to view URL]) The menu should be editable from within the Wordpress admin (i.e wp_nav_menu) and should use a jQuery accordion effect to display sub menu items. Menu should incorporate an e-mail capture and most recent tweet. [login to view URL] Header image on content page should rotate up to 5 different images and ideally be controllable from within the Wordpress admin. Each page should have custom fields so that we can add up to 4 associated thumb images that will display on the right side these are viewed in a light box when clicked. Another custom field is to add an associated quote that displays below the main content. General Markup must be valid, browser compatible (dont worry about IE 6) xhtml or html 5 and should be commented where appropriate. The page designs are attached.
