Move existing website to Wordpress (css, xhtml compliant)

Existing website (**[login to view URL]**) uses a proprietary CMS system from a private web designer. We are moving the website to a new host, but the existing designer will not release the source files for the website since it includes source code for their CMS system. This project is to take everything that is on the existing website and move it to Wordpress. The new pages must have the same look, feel, and features while being XHTML compliant, use CSS, and have good SEO practices implemented (proper file names, title tags, alt tags, etc). I will provide you with a zip file of all the artwork for the website. Requirements List: * XHTML compliant * CSS * SEO (clean links, alt tags, etc) * Sitemap * Browser Compatibility (IE7, IE8, FF, Safari) * Procedures page (**[login to view URL]**) (18+ warning) - implement in a way that still allows search engines to crawl the pages that exist after the age verification * Contact Form (add Captcha) * Newsletter (submit info to Constant Contact or use a Wordpress plugin) * Move Flash Intro on index into a Popup overlay that only displays to new visitors
