sample page developed

Hello. I need a sample page databases driven page developed that will have color coded tabs, floating div's, and the ability to have its text changed at any time. It should also be able to either have an ajax window that will have a decription of a page when it is over a certain text, or something similar. Should be developed in php with mysql for that is the only environment our server supports. I amm also open to suggestions.Thanks. I guess what I meant by color coded was having the links change color when you hover over it. For the Ajax thing I was meaning of when a user coming to the site hovers over a link, it can pop a small decription about the linke up using ajax. A window where the user can change the text meaning a seperate page possibly where an administrator for the site will change the links but nobody else can.
