WIX expert for a small issue

I want to launch any passed URL in default-browser from a desktop app. The code used is standard and simple C# code for this purpose. It works fine in the app installed from Setup project generated by VS2010. However, after compiling into a WIX project and then installing the app from the WIX project, the app can't launch the passed-in URL. Please fix the issue so the app installed from WIX can launch any passed-in URL in default-browser.
