Hello, my name is Max. My website is: [login to view URL] I'm a web designer and I've been having trouble with back-end web development. In particular, I need back-end code for a contact form with the following fields: first_name (required) last_name (required) company (not required) email (required) telephone (not required) submit (button) You can use any language you'd like, but I need a secure contact form that sends an email to a specified email address after all the correct information is filled out. If the information is not filled out, I also need Javascript code that checks for missing fields and will send the user back to the form to fill everything out. I'm also quite dumb, so I will probably need someone to tell me what to do when inserting the code and files into my site. Thanks guys:)

Whether you just want the code, or want to learn how to do this sort of thing yourself, or want some ongoing help with this sort of thing, I'd be really happy to assist.
