I have a wordpress site that advertises discounted books. I need functionality that I can call using a cron job to send a few tweets about the books (posts) every hour. To meet this requirement you will need to write the code needed to send a tweet (I will set up the twitter app and give you the consumer key, access token etc). I expect that I will simply need to call your function from the page template that my cron job fires, passing in the text of my tweet. To do this job you will probably need knowledge of oauth and twitteroauth.
