I am looking at building an website that can manage vehicle maintenance, I.e, when safety testing is due & servicing & car tax etc. Needs to be able to handle multiple users and multiple cars. Each user will have their own login where they can add view their vehicles and update service info, when an event is due then the user will need to receive an email 2 weeks before the event then 1 week before then 2 days then when the event is due. only admin will be able to add vehicles and users. the end user will be able to add sub users to view all or specific vehicles in their account. Hello I have understood the requirements and I can ensure the functionalities though I need the following clarifications: 1. You said admin can only add vehicles. So that means admin will assign users when adding new vehicle. Right? 2. You told that users can use sub users also. Can the sub users also update the vehicle information and also get the update of the events? Though the budget is not feasible compared to the requirements but I hope you will increase it if you want a quality application. Please lets discuss in details.
